Eric is an advocate of mental healthy, especially for children.  He's part of the initiative at Physiology First, a Non-Profit online University focusing on reeducating the youth all around the world. 

Five years ago Eric began his own journey on mental health as a health coach.  He started to see that he couldn't fully help his clients reach their fitness goals until they worked through emotional traumas holding them back. 

Eric started this blog to help lead an initiative of humans all around the world opening up about their struggles.   In particular Eric shares his struggles with intimacy and relationships.

Eric is a Health Coach with specialties in behavior change, mobility and posture restoration, Buteyko Breathing, Energy System Development and is a C.S.C.S. Strength Coach.
