You can easily increase your strength thru proper exercise. As a gym instructor, I have borne witness to countless of people acquiring strength from the exercise. There are merits into acquiring strength, that is for sure. Sure, it can be hard to properly groom your body, but that is just part of the struggle. If you want to have a better future, then you need to put in the effort into changing your lifestyle, that is what it truly takes to gain strength.
