-motivational interviewing to determine goals, motivations, value, obstacles, concerns.
12 week Program: 3 Strength Days Each Week
-Weekly messaging through Trainerize app about program, if any clarification is needed.
-Program can be for any strength, performance or sport goal (i.e. Mobility, general fitness and health, golf, tennis, other sports).
Not Included: Nutrition Coaching, Habit coaching, Sleep coaching, Daily Communication about habits, nutrition and uploading from check in on exercises.
