-motivational interviewing to determine goals, motivations, value, obstacles, concerns.
12 week Program: 3 Strength Days Each Week
-Weekly messaging through app about program (within 24 hours -- different from Basic).
-Program can be for any strength, performance or sport goal (i.e. Mobility, general fitness and health, golf, tennis, other sports).
- In short, the Basic is the program and the videos. The only communication I offer is clearing up any questions so that you're experience in using the app goes smoothly. If you feel there's any error in your program and you're left uncertain please reach out.
-Weekly Support on program execution and accountability (i.e. send videos on form, voice memos on how you feel, if you should skip a day, switch out a workout for another based on recovery, want to talk about nutrition in reference to a workout, etc).
-Discuss any trackable data you're collecting (i.e. Heart Rate Variability, Resting HR, Sleep, Sleep recovery and how it relates to adjusting your workout week).
-Nutrition tracking, Macro tracking and accountability through My Fitness Pal, Habit Setting, Daily Communication about habits, and specific habit adjustments for sleep at night (not the same as talking about poor sleep one night and recommending a workout change for the upcoming day or week).
